Company Policies and Procedures


Any prices quoted for activities and tours are per person unless otherwise specified and include all taxes, tariffs and other related charges. These prices are subject to change without notice unless booking is confirmed.


The following are acceptable forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Depending upon the type of activity booked, either full or at minimum partial payment must be made by credit card. The group leader's name must be on the credit card used for payment unless alternate arrangements are made when booking is originally made.

The cardholder authorizes and/or the third party tour guide to present your credit card information in order to finalize booking for your scheduled activity. When reservations are made online, over the mobile phone application or over the telephone, you give consent to have your credit card charged for the amount agreed upon electronically or verbally. This verbal or electronic authorization will serve in lieu of a credit card receipt.

Disputes and Charge Backs

You automatically agree to contact the office to resolve any issues, billing or otherwise, before filing a dispute or a charge back with your credit card company. If you fail to do so, you automatically waive the right to file a dispute and authorize to charge the card on file a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.


If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule their activity 7 days prior to the activity, they may do so at no charge. If the activity is cancelled in the allotted time frame, a full refund will be issued. However, if the activity is cancelled within the 7 days, no refund will be issued for reservation deposit but will incur no further charges.

Any activity cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled date will be liable for the entire cost of the activity, no exceptions. Please refer to credit card authorization guidelines listed in the payments section in the beginning of this agreement.

Any cancellations must be made via telephone to our office. You may contact us directly at (888) 824-6066. We will not accept emails, faxes or voicemails as valid cancellation requests. We will send email confirmation of the cancellation and advise you keep this email for your personal records.

Liabilities does not take responsibility for any mechanical failures, weather delays, traffic issues, or other acts of God beyond its control that may delay or cancel the scheduled activity.

The company also accepts no liability for any property that is damaged or stolen during scheduled activities. Furthermore, the customer acknowledges there are certain risks associated with scheduled activities and will participate solely at their own risk. is a third party vendor which exists solely for the purpose of making reservations. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for accidents or injuries. This includes illness, loss of limb and loss of life. It is strongly suggested travel insurance be purchased to cover the above-referenced risks to person and property. does reserve the right to change, reschedule and/or cancel portions or entire activities at its sole discretion. Furthermore, the company does reserve the right to refuse service to any member of a tour group for any reason including insufficient number of participants to conduct specific activities.
